Who is Passepartout?

Inspired by Jules Verne's Around the World in Eighty Days.

Back in London, 2 October 1872

A man bet his fortune he could go round the world in eighty days.

His name was Phileas Fogg. Nobody at the table thought he could do it.

Fogg made the bet.
Passepartout made it happen.

His new valet, Passepartout, had been hired that morning.
By the evening, he was packing for the whole world.

Day 80 · London

They arrived five minutes late.
Or so they thought.

Travelling east, they had gained a day without noticing. It was Passepartout who worked it out, just in time.
